Our classes run from 5:30am to 8:15pm most days. We lock the doors during classes. Check out our class schedule via our website. We are ALWAYS open 15 minutes before class.

As the year winds down, we’re creating a sacred space to reflect, release, and call in the energy you want to embody in 2026. This is your moment to slow down, soften the noise, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows what’s ready to unfold next. ✨

We’ll begin with vision boards — an intuitive, creative way to anchor the intentions, feelings, and desires you want to step into in the new year. From there, we’ll move into gentle, mindful movement to clear space in the body and integrate what you’ve created.

Warm tea + a grounding meditation will close our time together so everything you’ve envisioned can settle deeply into your system. 🍵🧘‍♀️
