Checking out an eWoT ( exercise w oxygen training), @ Holland biomedical, in Minnetonka, Mn. May have to add this to services offered. That white “balloon “ is filled w 93% oxygen, emptied it in about 20 minutes. Did 4 one minutes sprints @ 15% o2, followed by one minute 93% o2, what a contrast!

Took a cupping seminar last weekend. Was amazed at the effect, especially on my scar on my leg. Got to use them on a couple clients today, they were both impressed! What a valuable tool in my bag of tools!!
