Welcoming a new baby is an exciting time, and choosing the right pediatrician is an important part of preparing for your growing family.

We invite expecting parents to join us for a complimentary prenatal visit at Quad Cities Pediatrics. These relaxed group visits give you the opportunity to get to know our office and our team before your baby arrives.

During your visit you will be able to:
• Tour our office and see our themed exam rooms
• Meet members of our care team
• Speak with one of our pediatric providers
• Ask questions about newborn care, scheduling, and what to expect after delivery

There is no cost and no obligation to enroll with our practice—just a chance to see if QCPeds is the right fit for your family.

We are happy to host prenatal visits to the office. These appointments are at no cost to you, and you are under no obligation to enroll at the practice. A prenatal visit is not required to enroll your family in our practice.

These visits are an opportunity for you to see the office (you’ll have to pick which room’s theme is your favorite!), meet some of our staff (including at least one physician or nurse practitioner), and ask any questions that you may have as you prepare to welcome your child into the world!

🎄❤️ We are so grateful to have partnered with Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) this holiday season to support a local family in need.

⚠️ Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Community Notice ⚠️

Local community schools have sent letters home regarding possible exposure to pertussis (whooping cough).

👉 If your child was exposed AND is showing symptoms, please call our office to schedule an appointment.
The Health Department is recommending that families monitor for symptoms first before seeking testing.

What to watch for:
* Cold-like symptoms
* Prolonged or severe coughing fits
* Coughing that causes vomiting or difficulty breathing
* “Whooping” sound after coughing (may not always be present)

⚠️ Important to know:
* Pertussis is highly contagious
* Vaccinated children can still get pertussis, though symptoms may be milder

Clinic safety instructions:
📞 Please call ahead if your child is symptomatic and needs evaluation
🚗 You will be asked to wait in your car.

🎄 Special Hours on December 12th 🎄

Quad Cities Pediatrics & Just 4 Kids Urgent Care will be closing early at 5:00 PM on Friday, December 12th so our team can attend our annual Holiday Party.

✨ We appreciate your understanding as we take this time to celebrate our staff and the wonderful year we've had caring for your families!

Regular hours will resume the following day.
If your child needs urgent care outside of these hours, please visit your nearest urgent care or emergency department.
