🫶 Community Food Drive: No One Should Go Hungry 🫶

Motherhood Matters is teaming up with River Bend Food Bank to help feed our neighbors — and right now, the need is higher than ever.

Cuts to SNAP programs and delays in federal paychecks mean more families are struggling to put food on the table. Local food banks are working hard to keep up, but they need our help.

✨ How you can make a difference:
🥫 Drop off non-perishable food at Motherhood Matters
💛 Donate funds — every $1 = 5 meals (see comment for link)

Little mid-week pelvic floor love this week 😍😍

✨ This class will focus on pelvic floor strength and endurance to support the changing pregnant body and prevent pain and dysfunction during pregnancy. Each class will also include pregnancy beneficial movements, exercise and mobility with an additional focus on pelvic floor relaxation and breathing techniques to ensure the body’s readiness for labor and delivery to achieve an optimal birth experience ✨

Just a few more days to collect period items for local ladies 💖💖!

Do you have any period products you no longer need? Maybe $5-10 to pop into Dollar Tree to grab a couple boxes?

Let’s make sure no one has to stress about how they will manage their period to go to school or work!

We are a drop-off location for Junior League of the Quad Cities Period Project again this year!!

Help us fill the box in our lobby with period products for local students 💖🙏🏻!

When you support The Period Project, you’re doing more than donating supplies—you’re helping students stay in school, focus on learning, and feel confident.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we’ve been able to distribute hundreds of period products to local schools and organizations. This fall, we’re ready to do it again—but we can’t do it without you!
