Even when we do our best to create a life thatโs supportive to our nervous system, we canโt always predict when stress will find us. Life still ebbs and flows and our grounding practices, nourishing food, rest, and deep breathing only go so far to prevent 'struggle bus' days. ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐
BUT! The good news is that those small, consistent habits we build during the calm seasons matter more than we realize. They become our anchors. They help us regulate faster, draw on the tools weโve practiced, and return to our natural state of peace and balance with more ease. ๐ฆ
