Meet Sam! One of our amazing therapists! Here are her thoughts on the therapy process, what you can expect when working together, and a glimpse of her life outside of the office.

You’re the expert on your own life – and therapy should be a space where you can show up just as you are. I’m here to support, collaborate, and walk alongside you as you face challenges and reconnect with your strengths. I primarily work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is warm, relational, and flexible – always tailored to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want. You don’t have to do this alone. Therapy can be a space to explore what matters most to you, build meaningful tools, and grow in self-understanding. I’d be honored to walk with you on that journey.

-My golden retriever and black kitten are best friends who play, wrestle, and snuggle.
-I’m an introverted ADHDer who thrives on quiet time and creativity.
-I’ve lived in the Midwest my whole life.
-I love nature, but bugs? Absolutely not.
-Yoga and long walks are my go-to ways to recharge.
-I spent my entire school career in Catholic school - yes, plaid skirts and all.
-Coffee shops, cozy weather, and thrift store treasures make me happy.
-I believe life is better with a little humor, a lot of empathy, and plenty of snacks
