December 8th is National Brownie Day. Brownies are a well known chocolate treat that were invented in the United States in the late 19th century. With the first published brownie recipe appearing in an 1898 Sears, Roebuck, and Co. Catalog. The Guinness world record holding brownie is 335.1 pounds and used 210 packs of brownie mix.
I think our scooters can hold a 335 pound brownie but I’ll have to check.

While there isnt any special National day today, its still November, which is the month dedicated to issues like Alzheimers disease, lung cancer, and diabetes. Diabetes makes perfect sense but Alzheimers and lung cancer? I would have put lung cancer in July because of all the firework smoke. And Alzheimers? That would go in ummm, maybe the... sorry, what were we talking about again?

Happy Halloween everyone, trick or treating is traditionally done through this strange exercise known as walking but who actually walks in 2025. Thats why we have scooters for rent. Thats our treat to you. Now our trick is that this is an advertisement. Just by reading this, you are at least thinking about renting a scooter. (See how I did that) 🎃

Today is National Chocolate Day! You probably know of dark, white, and milk chocolate, but there is also aerated, gianduja, and ruby. Aerated chocolate undergoes the process of foaming, making it smoother and less dense. Gianduja is a chocolate blend, made with hazelnut butter. Ruby is a much newer form of chocolate made with supposed "ruby cocoa beans". It is speculated if ruby chocolate is a true new form of chocolate or just a marketing strategy.

Did you know? Today is Australia's labor day! Their version celebrates their "Eight Hour Day Movement" a workers movement that was the first to successfully reduce work hours without having a cut to their salary. This achievement would lead to workers all around the world (especially workers in the US) to fight for shorter hours! :D
