Hi everyone! I thought I would be posting more and giving fun wellness tips while I am on maternity leave, and then I realized that just checking off taking a shower for the day is a big accomplishment😆 Wellness for myself right now is surrendering into the present moment and enjoying this time with my family. But I am looking forward to start taking appointments again very part-time at the beginning of December, so stay tuned for when scheduling and on-line booking will be available.
Family update: Jasper was born one month ago on October 6th and is such a sweet, calm baby💗 My 3 1/2 yr old son Ezra has become such a loving and helpful big brother. They are both keeping me and my husband feeling super blessed and busy!

It is a continuous goal of mine to be able to explain what craniosacral therapy is to people in a clear and tangible way, without seeing their eyes glaze over, or that look of "what is she talking about?" wash over them. This comic shows how rich the language and some of the terms are that make this modality it's own unique thing. So bear with me if you are one of those curious people😄

Hi Wellness Nook followers! For those that aren't aware, I am expecting my second child at the beginning of October. I am looking forward to this experience and new chapter, and am so excited to expand my family💗
With that being said, I do plan on taking appointments as late into September as it feels good, and then will be taking all of October/November off and easing back into things starting in December. So please do schedule soon if you would like to come in during the next couple of months!
Reminder that I am still offering the Seasonal Summer Bodywork Special at a discounted rate, along with all the other therapeutic massage and craniosacral therapy offerings.

I love seeing reviews like this, because I love doing this work and hearing how it helps. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is so gentle, yet so effective in helping people bring their nervous systems back into balance. In this work we call it re-orienting to your inherent health.

Come to Downtown Davenport next Saturday the 31st for another Lemonade Sip N' Shop!
The Wellness Nook will be open to the public and offering $15 off gift certificates and $15/15min on-site upper body massages.
