I am about 1/2 way through the Organic Intelligence () year-long coaching program, and it is helping me to slow down and notice what “lifts the corners of my mouth.” It is a gentle way to help offset the WWA (what’s wrong attention).

I’ve noticed I really enjoy writing in all caps, especially with a nice pen or marker. Maybe it seems more like drawing letters than writing letters.

Anyway. I had fun making these posters for a Rest & Reset room I am hosting these weekend.

I've become increasingly fascinated with intuition. I think we are all just huge antennas, picking up all sorts of interesting info that we don't quite know how to interpret. I read a great book that gave a bit more insight into the wonder of intuition - more detes in my Sunday Letter below. 🙂
