Thank you to our event managers Jody Johnston-Mohr and Diana Moukarzel for a well organized Primary Care Conference hosted by the Midwest Cardiovascular Research Foundation in Portland, Maine. Thank you faculty and attendees for making this conference a fabulous success. The open discussions and sharing of state-of-the-art knowledge were visible throughout the conference.
