Today is the beginning of winter. The shortest day and the longest night of the year.

This time of year is one of rest. We hope that you find a few moments to pause, and to notice the little seeds inside that are getting ready to sprout at the end of the season. They could be ideas or hopes. Let's take a breath and recognize that little flame.

Over the next few weeks, you may start to notice the sun rising a little earlier and setting a little later. A subtle sign that spring will eventually be on the way. In the meantime, we are breathing. We are taking each inhale & exhale as it comes, and we are doing our best to revel in this time of quiet being.

That's it! That's the practice. Everything you need is already inside, and we are so glad you're here.
