WHEN TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
- During pregnancy for breastfeeding class or consultation
- Within baby's first week
- If your pediatrician suggests formula or says baby is not gaining enough weight
- If baby won't latch, is very fussy, or latching is painful
- For advice on building a routine, pumping, starting solid/baby foods and weaning

A gentle space for mothers and babies to heal, learn, and feel supported. Postpartum Pods by arrive February 2026! 🌟🤱👶

These small groups will meet for six weeks and will be led by our very own Simone Toomer. As an IBCLC and Postpartum Doula, Simone knows how vulnerable the first few months postpartum can be. Joining her each week will be various subject matter experts to provide guidance and support. 👩‍🏫🤝

Whether it's your first baby or your sixth, breastfeeding or formula feeding, all are welcome! Registration is open, come find your village 💕🏡

These statistics are drastically different, but why? Research tells us that lack of access to culturally competent breastfeeding support, socioeconomic factors, historical influences, and systemic racism & discrimination are all contributing factors to breastfeeding duration disparities. Even training materials, advertisements, marketing, etc. often depicts just white women breastfeeding. Representation matters, and matters! We need to be aware if we want to see things change and who doesn't want ALL mamas to feel supported and empowered to make the best decisions for their little ones?! We certainly do, and we'll continue working hard to be part of the solution 💜
