Friday the 13th- Day of the Goddess…
a sacred time to honor the Divine Feminine…
the energy of creation, intuition, fertility, and flow.

Like the moon, which moves through thirteen cycles each year, we are cyclical beings… constantly releasing, renewing, and becoming.

Across cultures, this energy has been known through goddesses like Venus and Freyja —
keepers of love, beauty, sensuality, and inner wisdom.

We begin with some hot tea and a brief check in to get a feel for the collective energies in the room and how to best support everyone.

Then, .lkn inserts 1 or 2 needles to calm the nervous system and act as antennas for the sound healing frequencies.

Next, guides us into a Reiki infused meditation while plays the crystal singing bowls.

All 3 modalities are customized for each gathering providing a unique experience whether this is your first time with us or your 20th.

There is a gentle reintegration process before you float your way into the rest of your evening.

Please state in your RSVP if you prefer to lay back on a Zero Gravity chair or on a yoga mat on the floor.

Trusting the process... phew 😮‍💨
….it's not always easy, but at times, it's essential. Surrendering to the unknown and letting go of control, while still trusting that life is unfolding perfectly, is a journey that requires courage, resilience, and surrender.

Personally, I’m in one of those phases now and I know, have faith and trust that everything is exactly as it should be. But… I won’t lie… the human in me wants to control some bit of it. It feels safer when we have control over things, especially as a Scorpio. 🙈
