Three days. One averted blizzard. A room full of visionary women refusing to play small.
There was a version of me that could have watched and waited around the blizzard in NY. retreat was happening whether or not I was going to be there as the nervous system & energetics expert in the room with an hour long activation each of the three days! Successful leaders don’t leave expansion to chance.
After supporting dozens of women over the last three days, stepping into their next level, what became obvious is this: sustainable growth happens when your energy and your message match. When the nervous system feels safe, success stops feeling heavy. It even gets to be fun.
Leadership isn’t louder. It’s steadier. Strategy works when your system can hold the results. Expansion does not require exhaustion.
Your gifts are medicine and you rarely know who is waiting to receive them. What feels ordinary to you can be life changing to someone else.
I take action from the version of me who is already living the life I am creating.
