Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced yogi, we welcome you to our Yoga Family. Leave your ego at the door and see how yoga can strengthen your body and mind. Yoga On Davidson is a heated yoga studio that offers heated classes using radiant heat panels in a comfortable yet modern setting. Yoga On focuses on a strong sense of community, a deep knowledge and appreciation of the practice of yoga.

Our yoga classes will not only focus on proper breathing, relaxation and meditation, but our students will also get a great workout with each class.

You guys... I walked into the studio today and this community completely surprised me. 🥹💚

A huge thank you to the incredible Laura for secretly decorating the studio for my birthday — it was the sweetest surprise and it completely made my day. There is truly no place I would rather celebrate than in this studio surrounded by some of my favorite people.

40 is off to a pretty great start!

Due to a water leak from the unit above us that came through our ceiling, we will be closed this Thursday while we dry things out and make sure our electrical heat panels are safe and functioning properly.
We are planning to be back on our regular schedule Friday and can’t wait to see you then! 🙌

Every mat filled. Every body surrendering. Every person choosing to show up — for themselves, for each other, for this community we’ve built together.
I look around this room and I feel it in my bones: something really special has grown here. From a handful of people to a full house of humans who keep coming back, keep growing, keep showing up on their mats.
To everyone who has ever laid down in this studio, sweated it out, breathed through the hard parts, and made this place what it is — thank you. You are this community.
