Recently I led a group of students in a mindfulness mandala activity using nature to create art. I hope they got something out of it, I know I did. Watching them pull together bits & pieces of nature on a little walk to make into something they could build together felt precious. A reminder that we can connect & find community in even the simplest of ways. For that, I am so grateful.
