If you think getting out of pain is hard…
Try waking up every morning stiff, feeling like your body aged overnight.
Try looking at yourself and wondering when things started going downhill.
Try saying “not right now” when your kids want to play… because your body just won’t cooperate.
Try pushing it off, hoping it fixes itself… while it slowly gets worse.
That is what is actually hard.
