She Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Admin to join our team!
As our practice continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who loves creating a welcoming environment, supporting both our patients and our team, and being part of a woman-focused, physical therapy practice.

Job duties include:
- Answering phone calls for new patients inquiries
- Managing a multiple clinician schedule
- Insurance verifications, collect payments
- Manage patient intake forms and documents
- Assist in social media and email marketing for events
