We are looking for an enthusiastic, kind, motivated, confident person who is organized and is not afraid to multi-task, to be the face of Partners in Healing.

PIH is in its 20th year in the service of our community and the person who fills this position will set the tone for first phone calls, meetings and appointments of our beloved patients, both local and remote.
Your ability to navigate scheduling and email software, Microsoft office and social media is a key component for this job.
Kindness and empathy is a must, and a dedication to people-pleasing gives our patients a sense of community and care. Wonderful telephone skills to aid our patients in making appointments sets the tone for our office. Problem solving and creativity to assist practitioners who are constructing herb protocols and treatment plans is a tremendous plus in this position. As well as managing inventory and office supplies.
