Pain doesn’t always mean surgery is the next step.

In this video, I walk through how I evaluate musculoskeletal injuries and when non-surgical, regenerative options may help patients heal and get back to doing what they love.

My goal is simple:
Help you understand why you’re in pain — and what options exist before considering something more invasive.

If you’re dealing with joint pain, sports injuries, or trying to stay active as you age, this may be helpful.

▶️ Watch here: https://youtu.be/np1l6XObp4Y

We cover:
• How I approach diagnosis
• When regenerative treatments may help
• Common misconceptions about injections
• Who may be a candidate
• When surgery is still the right choice

The goal isn’t to avoid surgery at all costs — it’s to make sure you understand all your options first.

Feel free to share this with someone trying to stay active and pain-free. 💪

If you play golf and your knee has been bothering you… this is for you.

Most people assume it’s just “getting older” or arthritis.

But that’s not always the case.

A lot of the knee pain I see in golfers actually comes from how the knee is being stressed during the swing—and if you don’t address it, it tends to stick around (or get worse).

In this video, I walk through:
• Why your knee might be hurting
• What’s actually going on inside the joint
• Simple ways to protect it so you can keep playing

Because giving up golf shouldn’t be the solution.

Quick question—
When does your knee bother you the most: during the swing, after the round, or the next day?

A lot of golfers think this moment means their golf game is over.

You step onto the course…
Take a few swings…

And your knee starts reminding you it’s not happy anymore.

For many golfers, that pain is actually knee arthritis developing over years of rotational stress on the joint — especially in the lead knee.

But here’s the part many people don’t realize:

Arthritis doesn’t automatically mean you have to stop playing golf.

In this video I break down:
⛳ Why knee arthritis is so common in golfers
⛳ What’s happening inside the knee joint
⛳ Options that may help you stay active and keep playing

Many golfers assume knee pain comes from wear and tear. But in a lot of cases, the real issue is irritation or injury to the MCL — the ligament on the inside of your knee. ⛳

The lead knee in the golf swing absorbs a tremendous amount of rotational force, especially during the downswing and follow-through. Over time, that stress can lead to pain that shows up during or after your round.

In this video I explain:
• Why MCL injuries are common in golfers
• How the golf swing stresses the inside of the knee
• What symptoms to watch for
• Treatment options that can help you get back to playing

If your knee has been bothering you after a round, this may be the missing piece of the puzzle.

If you love golf but your knee doesn’t love golf anymore… this is for you.

One of the most common injuries I see in active adults — especially golfers — is meniscus damage. And it’s rarely from one dramatic swing.

More often, it’s years of rotational stress on that lead knee.

In this video, I explain:
⛳ Why golfers are prone to meniscus injuries
⛳ The difference between a true tear and age-related degeneration
⛳ Why not every meniscus injury needs surgery
⛳ What regenerative options may help support healing and long-term joint health

Most golfers don’t want to stop playing. They just want to play without pain — and without sacrificing their knee long term.

If that sounds like you (or someone you know), take a few minutes to watch.

And if you’ve ever dealt with knee pain on the course, comment “GOLF” below — I’d love to hear your experience.

Post-game glow… or just sweat? 🏀 Saturday morning hoops with the boys — smiles, sore legs, and already counting down to next week.

I’m able to keep doing this week after week because I take care of my joints, my recovery, and my overall health — from staying active, to dialing in my nutrition, to using regenerative medicine, peptides, and targeted training.

Movement is medicine. The goal isn’t just to play today… it’s to keep playing for decades.

Let’s push regenerative medicine forward—together.
I’m honored to be speaking at the SDARTS 6th Global Conference this July in San Diego!

Expect hands-on cadaver labs, live ultrasound demos, and real talk on the science behind PRP + microfat. I’ll be sharing evidence-based strategies, and I’m proud to represent in this all-star lineup.

I had the honor of speaking today about a topic I’m incredibly passionate about — how stacking therapies like shockwave and orthobiologics can change the way we heal injuries.

When we combine treatments strategically — not randomly — we can dramatically improve healing, shorten recovery time, and help patients get back to doing what they love.

Shockwave primes the tissue. Biologics provide the building blocks. When stacked the right way, it’s not just additive — it’s transformational.

Huge thank you to Anatome Training Center for putting together such an incredible program and letting me be part of this amazing group of speakers and attendees.

The future of musculoskeletal care is here — and it’s smarter, more regenerative, and more patient-centered than ever.

If you’re as excited about advancing non-surgical healing as I am, drop a ⚡️ in the comments!

Coming back after time off is tough.
You feel slower, weaker, not quite like yourself.
But here’s the thing—showing up anyway is where the real strength lives.

I’m not where I was, but I’m moving forward.
And every rep, every session, gets me closer.
This season’s about progress, not perfection—and I’m here for it.

Spring colors, fresh energy, and a reminder that comebacks take time… but they’re always worth it.

This started as a joke. Then it got really, really detailed.

Okay, so apparently everyone is turning themselves into action figures…
and I wasn’t about to miss out.

But if I’m getting shrink-wrapped in plastic, you better believe I’m showing up with:
• Ultrasound vision
• Laser accuracy
• A PRP syringe that doubles as a superhero arrow
• And enough kettlebells and basketballs to skip leg day

Swipe through to meet:
• Regenerative GI Joe
• TMNT-meets-scrubs
• Doctor Barbie’s secret weapon
• And a precision-trained archer who shoots PRP instead of arrows — with accuracy the ultrasound would be proud of

Because if healing’s an art,
mine comes with a side of dry humor and purple camo.

Which one’s your favorite? Drop it in the comments.

Wrapped up 16 comprehensive joint regenerative treatments today.
Every joint carefully dosed, ultrasound-guided, and done with intention.

Long day? Definitely. But this is the kind of work that keeps people moving — and honestly, it’s what keeps me going too.

Felt it in my knees by the end… but wouldn’t have it any other way.
Follow for a real look at regenerative medicine — no shortcuts, just science.
