Working on the IT Band & TFL 🦵💆‍♂️

Tightness along the outside of your leg often comes from the TFL (tensor fasciae latae) and surrounding muscles that connect into the IT band. When these areas become overworked—from running, lifting, sitting, or repetitive movement—you may start to feel stiffness through the hip, outer thigh, or even the knee.

Here’s how we support this area through Massage Therapy:

💆 Release tension in the TFL and surrounding muscles – Reducing tightness around the hip helps decrease strain along the IT band.
