Something clients often struggle to say out loud, how lonely they feel, even when they’re surrounded by people.

Loneliness doesn’t always look like being alone. It can show up in relationships, in rooms full of people, or in seasons where you feel disconnected from yourself. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel so heavy when, on the surface, everything seems “fine.”
