Another Fitness Consultant we’re so excited to have on the Integrated Fitness team is Luigi!

Luigi was born and raised on the island Curaçao. He’s a karate athlete and a member of his country’s National Karate Team (have participated in a few international and American tournaments) with a decade and a half of experience in the martial art.

Luigi’s time training in Tampa has helped him develop a passion for exercises and training others. He graduated from USF in 2022 with a B.S. in Health Science. Then, in 2025, Luigi graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a M.S. in Sports Science.

Fun fact: Luigi speaks 4 languages (English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish)!!!

Hobbies: Martial Arts, Exercise & Sports (particularly, combat sports) Music, Art & Media

Please give a warm welcome to our newest Fitness Consultant, Charlie!

Born and raised in Florida, Charlie graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in Anthropology in 2017, with a fascination of anatomy/physiology.

Charlie got his start in strength and conditioning after years of training and programming for himself at Broward Barbell. During a brief stint working in a physical therapy clinic as an aide, Charlie assisted physical therapists with plans of care, corrective exercise protocols and medical fitness programs for patients returning from injury to physical activity.

Charlie returned to the strength and conditioning field and got his CSCS in 2021, continuing his coaching and working for Golds Gym in North Carolina. At Gold’s Charlie provided strength and conditioning for both general population clients and athletes. In 2023, Charlie was offered a strength and conditioning position with the US Army as civilian contractor and was assigned to work with the Second Striker Brigade Combat Team- Second Infantry Division out of Fort Lewis in Washington.

On his free time, Charlie loves Powerlifting, Bodybuilding and going to heavy metal concerts.
