Jerry didn’t need one call or reminder to come in. He just showed up weekly and we did the rest. I’ll love the Sh # # out of you and give you TLC but I will not carry you up the mountain. So many people are soft and focused on the wrong things. They ask all the questions to do their “due diligence” but forget the “just do it” part. A lot of you want another test, another consult, another thing instead of just -out working the problem.

My recommendation is the same no matter what call to action brings you through my door.

Repetition helps the condition, PERIOD!

Jerry didn’t drop $5k to chase his flare-ups. He paid much less and redirected those funds to build spinal health overtime.

I was shopping around online for healthiest jam/jelly options and opened up the ingredients picture to check the labels and halfway through reading it I was like

“Am I trying to buy strawberry jam or studying for my final biochemistry exam?” 😂

Some of these additives and preservatives sound like they belong in anti-freeze.

At this point in my search, I’ll just man up, and carve out some time to make it at home again.

I can’t believe nobody in the meetings was like

“hey!!! What if we just kept it…fruit?”

They told her spinal surgery was the “next step.”
She chose a different path.

2 years ago:
• Chronic low back pain
• Herniated discs
• Multiple surgeries
• Told to “manage it” or fuse it

Today:

Most people don’t want pain meds.
