It’s going to be a LOVE party 💕 this Saturday with 12 alumni and a bunch of rad women coming to the free Wild Women workshop in Sac.

There’s still some space if you want to join us and get your self love on. Seriously, 5 years ago I married myself and my life has better than it’s ever been.

Instead of searching for a partner, build or join a community. Do the healing to love yourself. This is the path I believe in.

In three hours you’ll experience shifts. You’ll be accompanied in your pain, held in sisterhood, and soar in envisioning a bigger life, with some tools and next steps, but most importantly the sense that it’s all possible.

I often run into women who gush about the big shifts that unfolded in their lives as a result of this three hour journey.  

This is the one where we mill around, sharing our most critical voices, then take a time machine to the future and get clarity on how to overcome all the obstacles, and the bone-deep feeling that it’s all possible.

It’s a workshop rollercoaster that provides clarity on your internal barriers, nudges you into a good cry, then ends with the exhilaration that you are powerful, capable, and ready.

So moved by the grief ritual yesterday, cracked open by the forty brave souls who arrived as strangers and held each other, physically and emotionally, and left lighter, with their hearts wide open to each other and the world.

I love this work I get to do so much. I love humans so much.
