This weekend TriYoga Davis decided to suspend all classes for a minimum of two weeks. Longer suspensions will be determined in the next few days. All enrolled sessions will be extended to reflect the time we are closed.
All of us hope that you will continue (or start) your home practice of gentle movement and asanas with awareness to the breath, even if only 10-15 minutes a day.
