Fit Force physical education classes are designed for homeschooled students and emphasize fitness, safe and proper exercise techniques, sports basics, communication and language in a social environment.

Classes take place during the school year on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. at the Chickasaw Nation Family Life Center in Ada, Oklahoma, and are open to homeschooled students 6-13 years old who are Chickasaw citizens or children of Chickasaw employees.

As the shutdown continues, more Oklahomans are facing uncertainty. The Food and Resource Center of South Central Oklahoma is here and will continue to stand beside the families of Carter, Johnston, Love and Murray Counties. But meeting the need takes all of us together. You can join in the fight against hunger by volunteering or donating. Every $1 donated provides 3 meals for the families we serve. If you are in need of food assistance, our operating hours are Monday 2-6 pm, closed Tuesday, and open Wednesday through Friday 10 am to 2 pm.
