UPDATE! Wow! We had such an amazing and overwhelming response to this request. At this time, we are not scheduling any more interviews to be done before national FFA week. But- seeing so many of our members passionate about this, we hope to contact people not reached this time and do more interviews at a later date to create more of a documentary style video showcasing so many of your stories! 🚒🌾 Calling Oklahoma Firefighters with FFA Roots! 🌾🚒

Were you active in your local FFA chapter growing up and now proudly serving as an Oklahoma firefighter? The Oklahoma State Firefighters Association would love to hear your story.

In honor of National FFA Week (February 21–28), we’re looking to feature firefighters whose FFA experiences helped shape the leaders they are today. We’re seeking individuals who are comfortable being interviewed and featured on our social media, and we’ll come to your community to make it easy.

If this sounds like you—or someone you know—please reach out soon! We’d love to complete interviews before National FFA Week.

Air quality is poor today due to smoke/dust. Many Texoma counties are falling in the "unhealthy for sensitive groups" category. Please limit your time outside and don't over exert yourself!

When the temperature drops below freezing, it’s the perfect time to try frozen bubbles ❄️🫧
All you need to do is mix the ingredients in a small bowl, dip a straw into the solution, and gently blow a bubble outside onto a cold surface – snow works perfectly.
The secret is to make smaller bubbles and not let them fall from high up. Instead, gently blow the bubble right onto the surface, almost touching it.
For us, it worked around the third try, so don’t give up!
Within about 20 seconds, the bubble started to freeze and beautiful frost patterns appeared. Watching it slowly freeze is pure magic ✨
Such a fun winter activity to try on a cold day!
