Burford Manor provides quality care and offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with private and semi-private rooms, and provides:

• Speech Therapy
• Pain Control
• Special Diets

Burford Manor can house up to 73 long-term residents, and is dually certified for Medicare/Medicaid. Burford Manor provides daily activities for socialization and promotes physical and mental well-being. An on-site beauty salon is also provided to keep residents looking and feeling great. Burford Manor has received the MyInnerView Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010 for Customer Satisfaction and Workforce Satisfaction. This award has put Burford in the top 10% of Nursing Facilities in the U.S. This is an independent survey company which operates through the Oklahoma Health Care Athority. We have also received "The Consumer's Research Council of America" award for "Top Nursing Homes in the United States". This award was received for 2008, 2009 and 2010. We had so much fun with our Glamorous shots! We could not have captured these wonderful shots without everyone’s help! A big thank you to Kiwanis members Coree Foster and Lori Foster and Melanie Kimbro. K-Kids members Mavis Foster, Maggie Chaffin, and Zaniyah Ibarra, and Millie Jo Chaffin for bringing hats and helping make the residents feel glamorous and special! To Molly White with Molly White Photography for loaning us some of her beautiful dress up attire along with Ashley Hood for the beautiful tiara. To Bruce and Marsha David for donating jewelry for the residents to keep! OUR BIGGEST shoutout is to Trey Daugherty for the photography and capturing each of their beautiful personalities!🥰
