Join Christine on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am at the Woodland studio for a 60 minute Full Body Yin Yoga practice.
Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice involving minimal muscular effort. Keeping muscles quiet and cool, we will create shapes that gently work into the connective tissues of a “target area” of the hips, legs and/or spine. Variations, modifications and props are always offered to help each body feel safe and supported.
