After getting a divorce again on 2025, over coming my fear was one of my New Year’s resolutions so I went out there and sang with my guitar. My fingers were shaking and so was my voice, but I did it anyway and it felt so good to sing with my new friends! I was very grateful that everyone was so welcoming and sweet and supportive. There were so much love in the room that night ✨
If you’re struggling with fear, you’re not alone. I was so scared to get a divorce again but I did it anyway because I knew how important it it was for me. Life is short. If you are unsure about your decision, always choose yourself. Because the most important relationship you’ll ever going to have is with yourself 🌸

Happy 14th birthday to mi hijita Maia! 🎂
My very first yoga experience was when I was pregnant with her. I've learned so many things from yoga throughout these years but the best and most important thing that yoga has taught me was self-love & self-care. I knew nothing about self-love until I met yoga and I still have a long way to go but I am proud to be where I am. My biggest wish for my daughter (and my sons and everyone on this earth!🌍) is to know her self worth and learn how to take good care of herself. Because she is such a precious miracle as we all are✨
