“The 3 Stages of Healing”**

Your body is amazing — it’s built to heal! But the right care can make that healing process faster, smoother, and stronger. 💪

At Wager Chiropractic, we have a ability to focus on every phase of recovery:

1️⃣ Inflammatory Phase (0–72 hours)
Reduce pain and swelling while restoring healthy movement with chiropractic care, High Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT), nutrition and other therapy modalities.

2️⃣ Repair Phase (3 days – 6 weeks)
Support new tissue growth and prevent stiffness with Exercise Rehab, Shockwave Therapy, and chiropractic/ soft tissue mobilization.

3️⃣ Remodeling Phase (6 weeks – several months)
Rebuild strength, mobility, and performance with targeted rehab, joint mobility and continued laser or shockwave treatments as needed through out this last phase of healing. ( This is the most overlooked phase of care, but arguable the most important to prevent/limit the chance of re-injury to the involve tissue.
