The old barracks at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo are still there. I thought someone told me the Air Force had torn them down. Bob Boutiette and I were in the second to the end on the right but I can't remember if it was second or third floor.

The flowers and veggies are coming along nicely. I'm happy we are getting the garden watered for free but I think the tomatoes would like a little more sun.

Internet is back up.

Just letting everyone know our internet/phones are down. It is an issue with the network and the provider is currently working to restore service to the area. They did not have an ETA for when service would be restored when I spoke to them a short time ago.

We have the capability now for families to Skype with a resident. Please call our regular number first so we can set them up at the computer. We are on Skype as TanglewoodPCH1.

Until the current Coronavirus outbreak has been controlled we will be restricting visits to resident's family members and necessary medical professionals. We would also request family members refrain from visiting barring an emergency. No unrelated visitors will be allowed access to our facility. If family would like to speak to a resident that does not have a phone they are welcome to call Tanglewood at 706-867-0106 and can speak to a resident. We will also be screening all visitors to include checking their temperature before they visit any resident. This is in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Governor and healthcare authorities. Thank you for your understanding and realize the health of our residents is our primary concern.
