What are some ways you like to wind down after a hard day at work?

I like to laugh with my husband ❤️

Here are some ideas for you to try:

Get outside: go for a walk or simply sit in nature
Exercise
Take a shower
Play with your pet or children
Read a book or listen to your favorite music
Turn on your favorite movie or TV show
Talk with a friend or family member

If stress becomes chronic, talk with your healthcare provider

Want a quick and easy make ahead breakfast recipe?? 🍳🍳🍳

Make these ahead of time and you can either freeze them or have them all week for breakfast with just a quick minute in the microwave.

Ingredients
Eggs
Chopped spinach, peppers and onions (or whatever veggies you like)
Cheese

Instructions.
Preheat oven to 350
Spray muffin tin
Whisk together eggs.
Stir in your veggies and cheese
Pour in muffins tin about halfway
Bake for 12 minutes

Easy, nutritious packed breakfast to start your day off right.

Well, that was a longer break than I thought!

Have you ever taken time off from social media? It is great for your mental health. You don’t have to do it 100%! I didn’t! I just took it off my phone and can only access from laptop.

"A 2018 University of Pennsylvania study found that reducing social media use to 30 minutes a day resulted in a significant reduction in levels of anxiety, depression, loneliness, sleep problems, and FOMO." You don't need to cut back significantly to improve your mental health.

Here are some tips to help reduce your time on social media:

1. Use an app to track how much time you spend on social media each day.
2. Turn off your phone at certain times of the day.
3. Don’t bring your phone or tablet to bed.
4. Disable social media notifications.
5. Limit how many times you check your phone.
6. Try removing social media apps from your phone, so you can only check Facebook, Twitter and the like from your tablet or computer.
