Egg Salad!

So easy! I made this today to have throughout the week for lunches or if we need a quick dinner!

12 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mustard
Add ins: salt, pepper, garlic powder, pickles

I mixed everything in the bowl together and then added the diced eggs.

My plan is to have sandwiches with my low carb bread. I may use it as a dip with my mini sweet peppers…or on a bed of spinach/lettuce for a salad!

Meant to share this last night & forgot!

Here’s a quick meal when you need something fast or don’t feel like cooking…

I cooked the chicken in the air fryer & warmed up the broccoli in the microwave.

We love both of these sauces! The Cluckin is a sugar free dupe for Chick Fil A sauce!!! So good!!🙌🏼🔥

We love our sweets! Just made a batch of bark!

Salted Chocolate Peanut Bark

You guys, this is so good!!

Measurements are approximate

• 1 bag sugar free chocolate chips

• 1 T coconut oil

• 1/2 cup of peanut butter (any that doesn’t have added sugar)

• 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts

• Pink Himalayan sea salt

Melt the chocolate and oil then stir in the peanut butter. Fold in the peanuts.
Spread on a sheet pan lined w parchment paper. Sprinkle salt over the top.

Freeze until set.

Break apart and enjoy.☺️

I store mine in the frig in a ziplock bag.
