Ravi always felt stuck. No matter how hard he tried, life seemed the same every day same routine, same problems, same doubts. One night, he had a strange dream. He saw two rooms in front of him.
The first room was dark. Inside, he saw a version of himself sitting on a chair, complaining about life, blaming others, and waiting for things to change. This Ravi looked tired, frustrated, and hopeless.
Ravi asked him, “Why don’t you try to move?”
The dark version replied, “I’m afraid… what if I fail?”
Ravi walked to the second room. It was bright and peaceful. Inside was another version of himself standing tall, learning new things, helping people, smiling with confidence.
Ravi asked him, “How did you become this way?”
The bright version said, “Every day, I chose a small step instead of fear. Not big changes… just small ones. I didn’t wait for the world to change. I changed myself.”
Ravi stood between the two rooms. One represented excuses, fear, and comfort. The other represented effort, learning, and growth.
Then the bright version added, “You don’t need to become perfect. Just better than yesterday. That is enough.”
When Ravi woke up, he realized something powerful:
We all have two versions of ourselves inside us. The one we feed becomes our future.
That day, he started doing just one small improvement daily one habit, one step, one decision. Not to impress others, but to become the best version of himself.
And slowly, his life began to change.
