Angela brings both clinical experience and heart to everything she does. As a nurse and leader, she understands that home care is not just about services; it’s about dignity, independence, and making sure families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are cared for.

Outside of the office, Angela stays just as busy. She’s a mom to five boys and a proud fur momma to a whole crew of animals. She also has a love for traveling and enjoys the simple things in life: whether that’s fishing, working around her farm, or spending quality time with her family. Taking care of the people and things she loves is a big part of who she is, both personally and professionally.

Under Angela’s leadership, Integrity Home Care continues to grow while staying true to what matters most: supporting our caregivers, serving our community, and providing high-quality care to the seniors, veterans, and families who trust us every day. 💙

🎉 SIX YEARS OF SERVING WITH HEART 🎉

Today we celebrate 6 years of Integrity Home Care LLC 💙

Six years ago, this started with a dream and a lot of faith from Angela Thompson. There were long days, late nights, hard decisions, and moments where quitting might have felt easier. But the vision was always clear. Families in our community deserved care that was honest, dependable, and full of heart. So she kept going.

What we see today is not just a company. It is a team. It is relationships. It is trust built one home, one family, one client at a time.

Truthfully, we would not be here without our caregivers. They are the ones walking through the doors every day with patience and compassion. They sit, they listen, they help, they comfort. They show up even on the hard days. They treat our clients the way they would want their own family treated. That kind of care cannot be trained. It comes from the heart.

To every caregiver, every client, every family member who has trusted us over the last six years, thank you. You are the reason this milestone means so much.

And behind the scenes, our Care Manager and Program Director, are constantly working to make sure everything runs smoothly. Phone calls, schedules, check ins, admissions, and plenty more. Making sure every client is matched well, supported well, and cared for the right way. A lot of what they does is unseen, but it makes all the difference.

We want to recognize our Office Manager who has recently inherited this important role. Stepping into the behind the scenes operations of an agency is no small responsibility, but she has handled it with determination and grace. From compliance to finalizing the details that keep us running smoothly, she has truly stepped up in this season, and we are so grateful for the dedication and stability she brings to our team every single day.

Special thanks to our Development Coordinator, who keeps our caregiver and client education up to date, our Community Liason who goes out and makes a personal connection with everyone he meets; and lastly but certainly not least, our Field supervisor who makes sure our clients are happy healthy, and safe! She’s truly the best

If you’ve ever wondered who keeps everything running behind the scenes…. it’s Shannon.

She manages schedules for 50+ clients and 40+ caregivers, making sure everyone is where they need to be and that our clients are cared for without missing a beat. It’s not a small task, but she handles it with patience, heart, and dedication.

Shannon has been part of the Integrity family for three years, and she says the best part of her job is simply meeting the needs of our clients. And she truly means that, she goes above and beyond every single day to support both our clients and caregivers.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her spending time with her family, friends, animals, or walking through craft fairs and local markets.
