Spring break has officially started at our house, which means my Saturday reset is happening outside again… and honestly it makes me so happy ☀️
But if you’re watching this thinking, “yeah that’s cute, I don’t have time for all that”… let me clue you in on one of my biggest life hacks.
Multitask your habits 🧠✨
You’ll notice I have my Frownies on while I’m doing my posture work and a few quick facial exercise moves. I’m wearing my heatless curls on my walk so my hair is already ready when I get back. Most days I even work out with my Frownies on and just sweat them off.
If you learn to stack your habits, suddenly all the “extra” things become easier to fit in.
In this reset video it might look like I’m spending forever on everything, but the truth is most of it is just a few minutes here and there while I’m already doing something else.
Could I spend 45 minutes doing facial massage? Sure.
Do I have time for that every day? Most of the time, no.
But a few minutes while I’m getting ready, walking outside, or watching a show at night? Totally doable.
Same with putting on Frownies before bed while you’re winding down. Realistically it takes about two minutes.
Little habits layered together. That’s how you fit things in.
You can make excuses or you can make it work. And I promise you, I always feel better when I just get up and do the thing.
