I love a good collagen mask moment… but not all collagen masks are created equal 👀

So I did a side-by-side comparison

✅ Thickness
The Frownies collagen mask is a true jelly mask. The other one was so thin it almost tore straight out of the pouch. The frownies mask was at least 3 times thicker.

✅ Reusable + serum soaked
Frownies comes in a tray fully immersed in serum. The other felt like it was floating in watery liquid and that was it.

✅ Actual skincare ingredients
Frownies is packed with skin-loving ingredients (you saw the list).

The comparison mask? Mostly water, glycerin, polyurethane… and trace collagen.

I recently posted a video that hit over 3 million views.
Not because I claimed I look younger.
But because I said something that apparently still feels radical…

You don’t need Botox just because you’re in your 40s.

So many comments said things like “but you still look your age” or “you don’t look younger though.”

And honestly… yes. Exactly.

I’m 43. I look 43. I’m not trying to look 25 again.

I’ve chosen not to do Botox and instead focus on my health, my skin, my life, and feeling good in my body.

The point was never about chasing youth.

It was about removing the pressure that aging automatically means injections.

You can have great skin.
You can feel confident.
You can love the face you’re in.
Without trying to turn back the clock.

I love being 43. I’ve never felt more grounded, more confident, or more at home in my skin.

Adding a new element to my Sunday reset….my vibration plate!

I’m honestly loving it….it really helps with my back pain.

It’s 2026 and we all know that you can achieve great skin without injectibles or crazy procedures (despite what the internet trends may tell you).

We see all the lasers and fancy expensive in office treatments on social media….but I’m here to tell you, great skin doesn’t require all that!

My skin is 100% home grown. I’ve only had 2 basic facials in my life and I don’t use extreme actives. Lifestyle is the greatest contributor to good skin for me!

My go to for great skin in no particular order:
1️⃣ A healthy diet (what goes in your mouth shows up in your skin)
2️⃣ Sleep quality
3️⃣ Sun protection….do not tan your face!
4️⃣ Frownies
5️⃣ Hydrating at home treatments
6️⃣ Consistent skincare
7️⃣ Joy

If you choose a lot of in office treatments you still need everything listed above for great skin!

And if you love spending your money on treatments that’s totally great!

I’m just here to remind anyone who doesn’t want that or can’t afford those things, that you can still have gorgeous, glowing skin!
