2. Breathe Deeply: Take a slow, deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and release for 6 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
3. Move Your Body: Stand up and stretch, walk for 5 minutes, or shake out the tension.
4. Challenging Thoughts: Ask yourself: "Is this thought 100% true right now?"
