This World Health Day, we are celebrating what science makes possible for the families we serve. 🌎

The 2026 theme is Together for Health, Stand with Science, and in reproductive medicine, that theme tells the story of our entire field.

The science of assisted reproductive technology (ART) has given hope to millions who were told their dreams of parenthood might not be possible.

ART including IVF, IUI, embryo freezing, and genetic testing has completely transformed what is possible for people navigating infertility.

Reproductive health is public health, and science is how we fight for it. Today, we stand with science and we stand with every person who is counting on it to help them build their family.

Todd and Melissa Trader went through multiple failed IVF cycles before hosting a charity golf outing to help fund another attempt. That outing changed everything.

They eventually welcomed their daughter Jordan and son Breckin, and realized they had the power to help other couples do the same. Birdies for Babies was born! ⛳️

Melissa's sister Dawn and her husband Andrew brought Birdies for Babies to Dayton, Ohio in 2019. Having personally walked the road of infertility and welcomed three children through IVF, Dawn and Andrew know exactly what it means to the couples they support.

Across all chapters, 34 babies have been born with the help of Birdies for Babies, with 1 more on the way. Each year, the Ohio outing selects one beneficiary couple to receive financial support toward IVF treatment.

Applications for 2026 are open now and the deadline is April 20th. 🗓️

SpringCreek Fertility is proud to sponsor this event because we believe financial barriers should never be the reason someone gives up on their dream of parenthood.

April Fools’ Day is tomorrow, and this is your reminder that pregnancy announcements are not a prank.

1 in 6 people worldwide experience infertility, and 1 in 4 have experienced pregnancy loss.

For those navigating infertility or pregnancy loss, “joke” announcements can be deeply painful.

Instead of making light of something so personal, let’s choose humor that is thoughtful, aware, and inclusive. 💙

New clinical guidance from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) confirms that surgery is no longer required to diagnose endometriosis.

Patients have historically faced long delays in diagnosis, often waiting 4 to 11 years for answers. The need for surgical confirmation has been a major reason for this delay.

Now, providers can use clinical evaluation and imaging tests to provide a presumptive diagnosis, helping patients access care and treatment sooner.

Surgery continues to play an important role in select cases, including infertility, complex disease, or persistent symptoms. However, this update is meaningful progress toward improving access to timely diagnosis and care for those living with endometriosis.

“Every person I have ever came in contact with there is so caring and compassionate.
When you come in for treatment they know you by name and always great you warmly. I have received so many hugs and words of validation and encouragement through my treatment process, they truly make you feel like you are not alone in this process and that there is light at the end of the tunnel.”

Endometriosis is found in up to 20% of women with chronic pelvic pain, and as many as 50% of women experiencing infertility.

Inflammation, scar tissue, impairment of fallopian tube function, and even decreased egg quality can all play a role in how endometriosis impacts fertility.

If you have endometriosis, there is a chance that getting pregnant may be more challenging.

At SpringCreek Fertility, we take an individualized approach, creating personalized treatment plans and exploring every option to help you move forward on your path to parenthood. 🩺💙
