A quick reminder!

Important Update: Cancellation and No-Show Policy Reminder At Align Massage Therapy, we want to ensure that all our clients understand our cancellation and no-show policies. This protects both the therapist and the clients time.

Please remember that cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be billed in full for their scheduled session. We also want to highlight that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without any prior communication, you will be billed for the session and marked as a no-show. We understand that emergencies happen, and those will be taken into consideration. These constitute as ER visits, accidents, etc.

When starting to feel ill or even if you are just at the tail end of sickness please cancel your appt and reschedule as soon as possible. If you are using antibiotics, please reschedule within the appropriate timeframe.

All cancellations need to come to my personal phone 206-650-2410 as a text message for visual reference. I will always respond. All emails and text messages to my cancellation system will get lost in the shuffle.

Our latest news

As we move forward, I want to share some updates and reminders to ensure a smooth experience at Align Massage Therapy.

First off, the Waitsburg location has officially closed. After two years of looking for a therapist that would be best suited for the needs of my future clients and be a good fit as an employee, it is time. Im choosing to look at this as a learning opportunity and to reflect on what’s best during this season of my life. Perhaps in another season the timing will be right.

Secondly, When you come in for your appointments, please remember to park parallel to the building. This will allow space for others to park in the designated areas, for freight trucks to come in and out of the driveway, and for my husband to park his truck as well.

Please also refrain from wearing any scented products, as I strive to create a fresh, calming, and sensory friendly environment for everyone, including myself.

Your health is a priority, so if you're feeling unwell or on antibiotics, please reschedule your visit for a later time. In addition, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations to help accommodate other clients. If you have any questions about the cancellation policy, you can message me directly.

Lastly, to help keep scheduling smooth and stress-free, Align Massage Therapy offers a convenient cancellation text system. If a spot opens up, you’ll receive a quick text so you can claim it right away. Perfect for new clients eager to book and returning clients wanting to get back on the table. Just an update!

Hello Clients,

From 8/7 to 8/18 I will be out of the office and unreachable. If you need to send me a message, cancel an appt, book an appt etc, please go ahead and send that but I will not be responding to messages until 8/18 late in the day. If you have an appt on 8/19, please Cancel as soon as possible as per my cancellation policy.

I’ve expanded and I’m hiring!

I’m looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist employee who will heading up my waitsburg space. They will cover my overflow, take on new clients, and work with me to build an even more elite Practice.

Compensation starts at $41/hr based on experience with $17/hr for office work.

We just had to share!

We're excited to share some updates from Align Massage Therapy! Starting next month, our pricing will be adjusted to $120 for 60-minute sessions and $170 for 90-minute sessions, while our 30-minute sessions will remain at $80. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to provide you with the best massage therapy experience. Thank you for being a valued part of our community, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Additionally, I'm thrilled to announce that I will be incorporating a new technique called neurokinetic therapy into our treatment sessions, which will help to improve the brain to body connection through muscle testing and eliminating old compensation patterns. This will improve muscle function to relieve pain on a deeper level. We can't wait for you to experience the benefits! Thank you for your continued support!

Good afternoon clients,

I want to send this as a friendly reminder to please avoid using newly applied perfumes/colognes, smelling strongly of ci******es, or any strongly scented lotions as this triggers my sensory processing disorder causing me to then in turn get a migraine. In order to give you my best during each session without being distracted, avoiding products that are strongly scented is key for the both of us. I have also discontinued using my CBD products as a main source of emollient but continue to use my non scented products during our sessions.
