What do you need most when you’re anxious or stressed? 🫂 🍵 😴

We all experience anxiety differently.

For some anxiety can feel crowded and panicked while for others it can feel more worrisome and isolating.

Maybe you feel it in your chest? Your arms? Maybe it presents itself in your head? Or your stomach?

Regardless of where or to what degree you may experience anxiety, everyone deserves an outlet! Yoga is one way we can signal to you bodies and mind that we are safe, and we can help our nervous system readjust.

Given the time of year—😉—one of our heated Zen (Sundays at 4:30p) or Medtitate (Mondays + Wednesdays at 5:15p) is just the ticket to check out of the stress and go deep into relaxation.

We would like to formally introduce you to our newest instructor, Mylynda! If you haven't yet had the chance to practice with her, be sure to register for her Zen class on Sunday at 4:30p.

Mylynda offers a safe, calm and supportive environment for people to breathe and flow with intention. With her instruction, she creates a little protective bubble for students that allows them to fully drop in for an hour together.

Mylynda boasts her greatest adventure in life being that she is reinventing her own path in midlife. We are so grateful her path lead her to us here at Ignite! 🤍
