Love is in the air at our community! 💍 Today, we are overjoyed to celebrate something truly special — two of our wonderful residents have found love right here at home, and they recently tied the knot surrounded by friends, neighbors, and our amazing associates!

Their story is a beautiful reminder that it’s never too late for new beginnings, new joy, and new chapters. Watching their love grow has brought smiles, happy tears, and so much excitement to all of us.

To our newlyweds: thank you for letting us be part of your journey. Your courage to love, to hope, and to embrace life inspires every one of us.

And to our residents and associates — thank you for helping make this celebration unforgettable. From the planning to the cheering to the heartfelt well-wishes, this was truly a community effort filled with warmth and togetherness.

On Veterans Day, we paid tribute to our resident and associate veterans with a dignified recognition program, pinning and a fabulous luncheon. Thank you to all who served and prayers to all who are still serving today.

Music is in the air! 🎶 We love seeing our residents share their talents and passions with one another. Today, our very own Mary Jo, who is wonderfully gifted musically, spent the afternoon teaching Patti how to play the dulcimer!

It was such a joy to watch their laughter, patience, and the sweet sound of new melodies filling the room. Moments like these make our community truly special.

Our end-of-the-summer Resident, Family and Friends picnic was a great success. Everyone enjoyed the cotton candy, funnel cakes, carnival games and cake walk, but most of all they enjoyed spending time with their family and friends.

Brookdale Kettering kicked off Assisted Living Week with a visit from a few farm friends. Residents and staff enjoyed a beautiful day, as well as cuddles, with Izzy the goat and Banjo the miniature horse.
