We’re excited to share that we’re partnering with Giving Angels this holiday season. Both studios now have small Christmas trees with tags listing gift items for children in need. When you come to class you’re invited to take a tag, purchase the listed item, and return the gift to the studio by Sunday. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our community to give back during the holidays. ♥️

Our Winter Solstice Candlelight class is filling up fast!
Join Devon and Elizabeth on December 21, 6–8pm at Day Yoga Dayton for a special two-hour candlelit practice honoring the longest night of the year.

Expect gentle movement, restorative postures, quiet reflection, aromatherapy from The Aromatherapy Sanctuary, and soothing Sanskrit mantra. A peaceful way to welcome the return of the light. ✨
