Had the BEST experience making creamy polenta with eggplant ragu & baked figs on polenta cakes in this cooking class at Quinci Emporium- a hidden gem in Columbus 😋❤️

Can’t wait to remake this for our very non-traditional😉Thanksgiving meal tomorrow!🦃🍂
