As the New Year approaches, most of us are going to have New Year’s resolution.
🎯 How do we keep those goals/habits past the “3 weeks hyper.” at the beginning of the year.
1. Build habits. Not just goals: Small repeatable discipline
2. Find your Why ? ( values)
3. Start small : 10 minutes of exercises then upgrade slowly ( tiny manageable changes)
4. Track progress
5. Be flexible: expect set backs and adjust.
6. Create support group
