Congratulations to our patient of the month, Sam!
"When I first came to Holten Wellness Center, I was struggling with ongoing nerve pain from a lumbar disc issue that had impacted my daily life for years. I've tried epidural injections, PT, and had two microdiscectomy surgeries (by 33), with little to no success.
I'm just now finishing my 15 week program, and while the pain hasn’t completely gone away, I’ve made noticeable progress. I can stand and move for longer before symptoms build up, and I recover more quickly afterward. The spinal decompression, chiropractic care, and targeted rehab have helped me build a stronger foundation for long-term improvement. I know there’s still a lot of work ahead, but Holten has given me the tools, knowledge, and continued support to keep moving in the right direction."
