"When I first came to Holten Wellness Center, I was struggling with ongoing nerve pain from a lumbar disc issue that had impacted my daily life for years. I've tried epidural injections, PT, and had two microdiscectomy surgeries (by 33), with little to no success.
I'm just now finishing my 15 week program, and while the pain hasn’t completely gone away, I’ve made noticeable progress.
