AG Rescue Days | March 27 & 28

Hands on, scenario based training built for real world agricultural emergencies. AG Rescue Days at Crash Course Village focus on practical skills responders need in high consequence environments, including livestock rescue, grain bin entrapment, heavy equipment hazards, and more.

Two separate training options are available.
Day one focuses on large animal rescue.
Day two focuses on grain bin rescue.

Each session also includes modules covering manure handling, PTO and auger hazards, and other critical agricultural risks.

Location: Jackson Township Farmersville Recreation Park

Clarity in Conflict was a big success!

This class focused on the issues that shows up in the firehouse.

Attendees took a hard look at their own conflict styles and the blind spots that come with them. They worked through simple frameworks for having tough conversations instead of letting things build up. A lot of it was hands-on, using real situations crews deal with every day.

There was also a strong focus on leadership, keeping your emotions in check, being aware of your tone, and handling tension in a steady way.

Everyone left with a few clear tools and a plan to start real conversations back at their station.
