If you don’t already know, Dr. Clack (and many on our staff) LOVES coffee! We feel like this day was made for us!
However you like to drink it, enjoy coffee today!
And if you don’t like coffee - that’s ok too! We’re sure there’s a sweet tea or soda day out there somewhere!

Did you know one of the healthiest breakfast foods you can eat is OATS?
Breakfast is a very important meal each day and there are many ways to enjoy oats. One of our favorites is overnight oats. Find a great recipe below! If you’d like, post any favorite breakfast ideas you have.

1 cup milk
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp toasted pecans, chopped
1 tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped

Mix together everything but pecans and walnuts. Divide into two dishes, cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with pecans and walnuts before enjoying!
