Ashley has 6 years of experience in Labor & Delivery at Kettering Health, where she provided comprehensive, patient-centered care during some of life’s most meaningful moments. In addition, she brings 4 years of urgent care experience, further strengthening her ability to deliver high-quality care in fast-paced clinical settings.

This diverse background allows Ashley to approach each patient with both skill and empathy, ensuring safety, comfort, and exceptional outcomes.

Ashley has always had a true passion for plastic and aesthetic medicine, driven by her desire to help patients feel their very best—inside and out. Her warm approach and attention to detail make her a natural fit for our mission of helping patients look and feel their most confident selves.

Bridgette is our lead PA-C injector here at Peko Dayton, bringing just over a year of dedicated service to our practice. She comes with a strong clinical background, having spent years caring for sarcoma patients at IU Health and serving as an advanced practice provider in the Emergency Department at Kettering Health.
 
Her extensive patient-care experience, clinical precision, and warm, approachable style make her an exceptional provider and a trusted resource for all things aesthetics.

There are a lot of stereotypes floating around about plastic surgeons—glamorous offices, fancy suits, vanity-driven procedures, and “perfect” appearances.
But the TRUTH? My work is far from that.

Plastic surgery is about restoring confidence, improving function, and helping people feel whole again.
