THE SOUTHERN OHIO HOLISTIC and WELLNESS CENTER is closing it location at 10501 Success Lane effective December 21, 2017. ON NOVEMBER 6, 2017 we received a Violation Notice from the Washington Township Zoning Commission that no PERSONAL SERVICES or RETAIL could be conducted at that address due to the Zone Code of I-1. Please see that Letter so you can understand the situation created. We were informed there would be no Variance change to the Code which means 95% of our ability to make money was vacated.

When the facility Lease was signed back in February 2016 it is suspected the Landlord and Owners of the building avoided the fact of what we did to generate income to pay the month to month Lease. All was stated in writing and made part of the Lease itself. So, if we were in Violation on November 6, 2017, we were in fact in violation of the Code on February 23, 2016. All legal talk but fines and potential jail time to continue on Success was not in our future plans.

Needless to say we decided to vacate the premises and begin the process of litigation against all parties involved in 2018.

The Southern Ohio Holistic and Wellness Center appreciates all of our customers and friends and just contact your particular Service provider and check their status for providing you assistance.

I'll have crystal grid making this Saturday at the southern ohio Holistic and wellness center's Gathering until noon. $20. Includes 12 quartz crystals, a center stone and an 11inch. printed, and laminated grid. Only have enough crystals for a 4 or 5 grids at most, so please let me know if you want one. We'll set your Intentions and seal the crystals to the grid for you.
